1. Returns and Refunds.

• Due to the personalised nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind.
• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at tahli@snapandstick.com.au with photos and a short description.
• We do not take responsibility for poor-quality images (e.g. pixelated, blurry, or screenshots). Please upload the best possible version.
• Minor colour, cropping or alignment differences are normal in handmade items and are not considered faults.
• What you upload is what we print – no proofs will be sent.
• Orders are processed the same day whenever possible.
• If you need to make changes, contact us immediately. Once production begins, changes cannot be made.

2. Bulk Orders

Bulk orders forms are found on the menu at the top of our home page. 

• Orders must be paid in full before production.
• Flat rate shipping does not apply; a custom quote will be provided.

3. Licensed Content

We cannot replicate copyrighted or trademarked material such as Disney, Marvel, sports teams, or characters. 

However original artwork of these characters is allowed under copyright law.

Orders with licensed content will be cancelled and refunded.

4. Intellectual Property

Your images remain yours and are used only to create your magnets. 

Ownership of the physical products transfers to you upon delivery or collection. All designs and artwork supplied by Snap and Stick remain our intellectual property and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

Snap and Stick retain the rights to our product photos, packaging and branding for promotion.

Snap and Stick is not liable for loss or damage to products after handover.

5. Privacy

We collect only the information needed to process your order and stay in touch.

Your details are never sold or shared.
