How do I order?

Easy peasy! Just head to our Store page, choose your magnet style, upload your photo (or fill in the details), and we’ll handle the magic.

Can I use my phone photos?

Absolutely! Most phone photos work great — just make sure they’re not blurry or too dark. We’ll let you know if there’s an issue.

How long does it take?

Orders are usually made and shipped within 1-3 days.

What size are the magnets?

We have two magnet sizes currently available.

A 50mm-by-50mm square and a 65.5mm-by-63.5mm square.

Do you ship outside Tasmania?

Sure do! We post Australia-wide. We offer a flat rate shipping of $10! International shipping isn’t available just yet, but stay tuned!

Do you offer bulk or event orders?

Yep — weddings, parties, baby showers, reunions… if it involves memories, we’re in. Head on over and fill in our Bulk Order Form to start the process!

What if my magnet arrives damaged?
